Study Objectives: 

1. To develop a set of implementation strategies for integrated HIV-CVD care within an existing HIV care platform for adults with HIV and hypertension,
2. To conduct a pilot test to explore implementation outcomes using the RE-AIM framework to inform adaptation for broader testing,
3. To measure the implementation outcomes of a multi-component strategy in improving EBI uptake and improvement success rates in the HTN cascade among adults with a dual diagnosis of HIV and Hypertension. 

Study Design: Cluster randomised trial

Study Population & Size: Pilot: 300 adults with HIV and hypertension in 2 IDC clinics (objective 2); 
Cluster randomised trial: 3000 adults with HIV and hypertension in 10 IDC clinics (objective 3)

Study Duration: 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2025
