BHP holds two-day Strategy Retreat to shape Strategic Plan

On January 28-29, 2025, BHP Management, Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and Departmental Leadership convened at Sanitas Tea Garden, Gaborone, for a two-day Strategy Retreat focused on developing BHP’s new five-year Strategic Plan.

Facilitated by Jupiter Consulting and Services, the retreat provided an opportunity to define key focus areas, strategic objectives, and implementation frameworks that will drive BHP’s mission in cutting-edge health research. This retreat marks a significant step in shaping BHP’s future and ensuring its continued leadership in health research. The Strategy development processes are ongoing.
