Dr Peter Vuylsteke is a Medical Oncologist and Head of Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Botswana (UB). As the past President of the Belgian Society of Medical Oncology (BSMO), and as national representative for Belgium  to ESMO ( European Society of Medical Oncology), Dr Vuylsteke has an extensive network of expert colleagues in both clinical and research areas. Dr Vuylsteke has an extensive experience in clinical patient care, clinical research and clinical leadership. Dr Vuylsteke is a regular speaker at symposia and has mentored students in biomedical sciences, Medicine, Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. He holds a Medical MD Degree KULeuven, Belgium, Specialist degree in Internal Medicine, KULeuven, Belgium and Specialist degree in Medical Oncology, KULeuven, Belgium.
