Chris is Head of Group Business Transformation for the Letshego Group of Companies and the founding Director of LEAD, Leadership Education And Development Pty (Ltd), a business management consultancy and leadership solutions provider in Botswana. Chris is also Chairman and co-founder of WorldLEAD, a not-for-profit organization focused on building leadership capacity amongst youth and communities.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Fiat Graduate Development Programme (FIAT GRA.DE.) in Basildon, UK. Chris is a certified and practicing Six Sigma Black Belt with the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and has extensive experience in Business and Organizational Transformation both locally and internationally. Chris is a certified Kaplan & Norton Balanced Scorecard Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, PMI Project Management Professional, and official trainer for FranklinCovey.
Chris has been supporting the sustainable development, growth and impact of both for-profit and non-profit organizations for the past twenty years. The services provided include commercial assessments, business plan development, strategic planning and execution, executive coaching and business mentoring. He has lived and worked in multiple countries including Botswana, Namibia, Italy, Germany and the United States, and has developed a strong skillset in international business and trade, cross-cultural leadership and sustainable organizational development.
Chris is a Director of the American Business Counsel and is passionate about the development of people and delivering sustainable results.
